Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Manager at dig.id, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of performance campaigns across various digital channels. You develop campaign strategies, implement them, analyze results, and continuously optimize performance — always with the goal of achieving maximum success for our clients. In addition, you are in direct contact with clients, present results, and derive optimization measures accordingly.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, implementation, and optimization of performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Data analysis using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
  • Tracking setups with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & more
  • Development and implementation of attribution models & conversion optimization
  • Close collaboration with our social media team and direct communication with clients
  • Creation of reporting dashboards and derivation of optimization strategies

Your profile:

  • Experience in performance marketing and data analysis
  • Confident use of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking technologies
  • Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • A team player mindset with a high level of customer orientation
  • Creativity and a solution-oriented approach
